The machine is with its original mold and control system prepared together
The parts of the machine, electrical system, mold and control system are prepared in harmony with each other. Once the production settings are completed, it is tested with the selected product and real raw material.
Measurement and setting consistency in molds
The new machine is tested under real production conditions after installing the original die set and completing centering, heat, pressure, feeding and timing settings. These values constitute the factory default settings of the machine.
In this way, the risk of loss of adjustment, decrease in production speed, unplanned stoppage and increase in wastage that can be caused by an incompatible mold change is reduced. Production progresses more regularly and it becomes easier to control costs.
